A one-day experience near Rome to discover Frascati, the city famous for its excellent wine and its homemade pasta!
Reached Frascati in 5 minutes you will arrive at our splendid farm to begin your food and wine adventure and learn how to make the best pasta in the world.
Our chef will show you how to prepare 2 types of pasta of our tradition, fettuccine, and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach.
After the lesson, you will have the opportunity to take a guided tour of our ancient vineyards and continue, in our ancient cellar, tasting excellent local wines and olive oils.
Immersed in a beautiful context of the Roman countryside between vines and olive groves you can taste: the
Frascati Superiore DOCG, the Vagnolo IGP red, the Frascati DOC Bianco, and the famous and excellent virgin olive oil, all of our production.
During the tasting, you will be able to eat the pasta you have prepared and many other dishes, typical bread and pizza appetizers, excellent artisan cured meats, fresh and aged cheeses including wine jelly.
Typical sweets, espresso coffee, and water are included with the lunch.
